Pablo Zabaleta feels title tension at Liverpool can help his former club Manchester City retain the Premier League trophy.

Zabaleta was spotted having a long chat with former boss Pep Guardiola after West Ham were beaten 1-0 at City on the same night.
In a dramatic finish to the 2011-12 season, the defender was part of the City team who scored twice in stoppage time to beat QPR 3-2 and win the English title for the first time since 1968.

Zabaleta, who scored the opening goal in that game, understands the importance having experience of winning competitions can have in the latter stages of the season.
“There is a long way to go and it’s important to have won the Premier League previously because City have been in this situation before," he said.
“Both times we won the league, we were behind the leaders at this point. Some players in the dressing room now have experience of that and that is going to be key.
“They can talk to the others, keep everyone focused and tell them their experiences."
City begin a run of four games in two weeks across three competitions when they go to Bournemouth on Saturday.
They are still on course to become the first English club to win all four competitions in one season, although they trail Liverpool by a point with 10 Premier League games remaining.

A. Lange & Söhne Releases the Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase “25th Anniversary” Limited Edition

During SIHH, A. Lange & Söhne announced that in honor of the 25th anniversary of the original Lange 1 timepiece, the German brand would be introducing a new limited edition take on the watch every month of 2019 up until October 24, 2019 (10 total watches). January saw the release of the Lange 1 “25th Anniversary” Edition, and today we’re happy to introduce you to the second commemorative model: the Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase “25th Anniversary”.

The Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase is a timepiece that has existed within the greater A. Lange & Söhne collection since 2014. It was released as an extension to the Lange 1 Moon Phase with a larger diameter at 41 mm (2.5 mm larger than its older sibling) and a slightly reorganized dial layout. The moon-phase display is larger than that of the original Lange 1 Moon Phase thanks to its placement in the hour/minute subdial compared to its former placement in the small seconds dial. For proportion’s sake, the big date was increased in size as well by 4 percent.

Just as with the Lange 1 “25th Anniversary” Edition, the new Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase features an argenté-colored dial made of solid silver with blue numerals, indexes, and hands, appropriate for the watch’s “silver jubilee.” The moon-phase disc on the new model is what separates it from any previous release as this is the first time that A. Lange & Söhne has created a moon-phase display with a disc made of solid white gold. Six stars and a number of additional dots are hand-engraved to create the starry night sky surrounding the inlaid golden moon. This construction offers a three-dimensional effect that enhances the poetic complication.

Caliber L095.3 is visible through the sapphire crystal exhibition caseback. As is typical of A. Lange & Söhne, the movement is superlatively finished and twice assembled by hand. The three-quarter plate made of untreated German silver is decorated with Glashütte ribbing and allows a view of the in-house built balance spring. Holding the hairspring in place is a balance cock that has been hand-engraved with the number 25 in the style of Lange’s traditional big date window. The special engraving is surrounded by a floral motif and all engraved recesses are accentuated with a blue coating to tremendous effect.

McLaren F1 designer pens reworked Dendrobium D-1 XP-2

British start-up Dendrobium has announced that former Lotus chief designer Peter Stevens has made design tweaks to the firm’s D-1 electric supercar.

Stevens, known for designing a number of British sports cars including the McLaren F1 and Jaguar XJR-15, has made “small but beneficial changes” to the D-1, resulting in the new XP-2 concept.

With a target weight of 1750kg, Dendrobium says the fully carbonfibre XP-2 will “rewrite the rules for the hypercar ownership experience”.

Stevens said: “My small changes to the D-1 to create the new XP-2 were inspired by improving airflow of the car, as well as visually enhancing the drama of this exceptional electric hypercar.”

The XP-2 retains the striking styling of the D-1 on which it is based, with wide air channels between the two-seater cabin and wings to improve aerodynamic efficiency, and a prominent rear diffuser aimed at maximising downforce.

Revealed in 2018, the D-1 is aiming for a top speed of 200mph and a 0-60mph time of 2.7sec. The model is expected to use a four-wheel-drive system and three electric motors to produce 1475lb ft, nearly 300lb ft more than the all-electric Rimac Concept One. 

Despite the uncertainty posed by Brexit for manufacturers, Dendrobium remains committed to manufacturing the D-1 in the UK. 

Ahead of the concept’s Salon Privé reveal last year, company boss Nigel Gordon-Stewart said: “We are developing unique cabling and connector systems, as well as our own complete vehicle integration and ADAS hardware and software. From a technical perspective, the D-1 will be a British engineering tour de force.”

HSEL Spring Major Receives $174K In Prizes From MSI

High School Esports League (HSEL) has announced that its Spring Major will award over $174,000 (£130,897.59) worth of peripherals from MSI.

The top eight teams across all nine of the approved titles will receive a mouse, keyboard, and headset as rewards. According to HSEL, this is the “largest prizing in high school esports history.”

Mason Mullineaux, Co-founder and CEO of High School Esports League commented in a statement: “We started HSEL because when we were in high school, we dreamed about having school-approved competitions for our favorite games with trophies, varsity letters, college scholarships, and prizing.

“Now we have over 1,500 partnered high schools across North America delivering on that dream for today’s students—and MSI’s massive contribution to our Spring Major prize pool is just more proof that the foundation for tomorrow’s esports superstars is in today’s high school gamers.”

The nine games that comprise the Spring Major – which will span from March 18th to May 10th – are Overwatch, Dragon Ball FighterZ, League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Fortnite.

Those teams will also qualify for the Summer Invitational, with the winners in each game claiming an ‘MSI Esports Arena’ with twelve gaming PCs.

Jakarta – Populasi sportcar di Indonesia memang bisa dihitung jari. Sebab hanya orang-orang tertentu yang bisa membeli mobil berharga miliaran rupiah itu. Salah satu sportcar yang cukup memiliki banyak pengguna di Indonesia adalah Nissan GT-R.

“Data di komunitas kami menunjukkan jumlah pemilik Nissan GT-R di Indonesia antara 45-50 orang. Tapi bisa aja jumlahnya lebih banyak dari itu," sebut President GT-R Owner Club Indonesia (GOCI), kepada detikOto, minggu lalu.

Ada beberapa alasan mengapa orang Indonesia lebih memilih sportcar buatan Jepang ketimbang buatan Eropa. Salah satunya karena faktor harga Nissan GT-R yang terjangkau dibandingkan sportcar lainnya.

“Nissan GT-R itu menurut kami sportcar yang dengan harga murah, tapi power dan performance-nya itu dapat. Entry level buat supercar sih ini ya," lanjut Budi. Dan tidak karena harganya saja yang terjangkau, banyak juga orang Indonesia yang membeli Nissan GT-R berdasarkan ikatan emosional.

“Mereka (pengguna Nissan GT-R) bisa dibilang kayak kolektor juga. Karena dari kecil sering lihat film animasi Initial D. Itu kan lawannya (Toyota AE86) GT-R kan? Jadi akhirnya banyak yang antusias dan berniat membeli mobil ini," kata Budi sambil menyebut pengguna Nissan GT-R di Indonesia di dominasi kaum pria.

Sedikit info, Nissan GT-R memang jadi salah satu pemeran utama di serial animasi Initial D. Mobil ini diceritakan bersaing dengan Toyota AE86 Trueno dalam balap drift yang berlangsung di Bukit Akina.

Tokoh utama dalam film animasi ini adalah Takumi Fujiwara yang mengendarai Toyota AE86 Trueno. Sedangkan tokoh antagonisnya adalah Takeshi Nakazato yang mengendarai Nissan Skyline GT-R dengan kode BNR32.
